Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Coordinator learns the interworking of the Supply Chain function by completing inventory movements, data reconciliation and validation. Executes SAP transactions and contributes to ad‑hoc reporting.

• Support Supply Chain Operations for plants, tolling operations, and import of product supporting client’s Industrial business in the US and Canada, including:(60%)
• Execute daily entries and routine transactions related to SAP (inventory, QC, imports, master data, third party transactional support, etc.), TMS load planning, execute purchasing receipts, invoice processing and equipment tracking for Client and third‑party sites.
• Perform tasks associated with equipment fleet coordination, product reclaim, etc.
• Validate and process vendor invoices. (Not typically)
• Planning, Execution Process by managing the following activities: (30%)
• Reconcile inventory, execute SAP transactions
• Monitor stock levels vs. stock targets. Support Supply Chain initiatives, reporting, including digitalization: (10%)
• Extract and organize data for ad hoc reporting
• Coordinate swaps and trading agreements as instructed by SC leader (N/A)
• Assist with the adaptation of tools by the broader organization.
• Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of digital initiatives, reporting, and process improvement

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (3+ years) (Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or technical field preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service, or Client Supply Chain Internship
• ERP Experience (SAP required)
• Experience in Transportation Management Systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards is a plus

• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in data manipulation; strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow processes and routine activities
