Supply Chain Analyst

Hydrite is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to provide regional analytical support to drive supply chain improvement and efficiency. The role focuses on delivering data‑driven insights, generating reports, and supporting the implementation of optimization projects while upholding Hydrite’s Standards of Excellence.

• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data on supply chain operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Assist with regional data and reporting needs.
• Serve as the regional Power User/SME for Infor.
• Maintain data integrity in M3 at a regional level.
• Act as project manager for Optiva related to the overall Supply Chain function.
• Support cross‑functional teams and participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with operations and commercial teams to meet regional and company goals and objectives.
• Uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence by maintaining quality facilities and delivering quality products/services to customers.
• Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and other assigned duties.
• Lead and participate in efforts to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Provide backup support for supply chain functions across assigned facilities.

This position reports to the Regional Supply Chain Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Five years of experience in a supply chain related field (preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Infor M3; ability to read MRP reports (preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Process knowledge and capability (preferred)
• Strong command of written and spoken English

• Ability to sit, stand, and climb stairs for up to 8 hours per day.
• Occasional turning, twisting, stooping, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Wearing of contact lenses prohibited in Operations.
• Ability to wear a hairnet, beard net, hard hat, safety glasses, and steel‑toed shoes.
• No exposed jewelry or body piercings in GMP production areas.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple work locations.
