Associate Attorney

Overview

Mallery s.c. is hiring an associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join our Milwaukee real estate and finance practice. This role offers hands-on responsibility and direct involvement in complex commercial transactions, including:

• Real estate purchase and sales transactions
• Leasing
• Real estate and business lending transactions, including syndications and participations

• Draft leases, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property related agreements and commercial loan documentation
• Review and analyze due diligence on real estate and lending transactions
• Participate with the real estate and finance deal teams on a local and national level
• Work directly with clients and experienced opposing counsel

• 3-6 years of real estate and real estate finance experience
• Wisconsin bar admission (or ability to obtain)
• Strong drafting, organizational and negotiation skills
• Interest in building a long-term transactional practice

• Base salary $100,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses
