A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Texas Attorney with a background in the mortgage servicing industry to support an expanding Texas practice. The role involves collaborating with national mortgage servicers, investors, and financial institutions.

Position Overview:

The Texas Attorney will manage a diverse caseload involving foreclosure, eviction, and litigation matters within the Texas legal framework. You will collaborate with a skilled team while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional client service.

• Handle Texas-based foreclosure, eviction, and related litigation matters
• Draft, review, and file motions, pleadings, and legal documents
• Attend hearings (virtual and in-person as required)
• Provide legal guidance to mortgage servicer clients and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with client directives, timelines, and state-specific regulations
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and quality

• Active Texas Bar License (in good standing)
• 1–3+ years of experience in foreclosure, creditor’s rights, real estate, or eviction law
• Experience with mortgage servicing clients strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
