What You'll Do

  • Prepare and organize litigation documents under attorney direction, such as briefs, notices, citations, witness lists, exhibits, jury demands, stipulations, authorizations, and subpoenas.
  • Support attorneys with discovery requests, subpoenas, court filings, docket management, and other litigation-related tasks.
  • Lead eDiscovery data management efforts, including collection, processing, production, and post‑resolution archiving.
  • Maintain electronic document databases and eDiscovery platforms to ensure accuracy, organization, accessibility, and proper retention.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of defensible eDiscovery processes, workflows, and documentation.
  • Assist with selecting and coordinating vendors for litigation support, eDiscovery services, forensic work, and trial support needs.
  • Stay informed about advancements in eDiscovery technology, litigation trends, and industry best practices, particularly developments involving AI.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, or a Paralegal Certificate
  • Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Courtroom experience strongly preferred
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and skilled in writing, communication, and analysis
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong client‑service mindset and ability to collaborate with attorneys, staff, and internal/external partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Experience with legal technology tools preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
  • Preferred credentials include:
    Association of Certified E‑Discovery Specialists (ACEDS);
    Relativity Processing Specialist;
    Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
