IP Litigation Attorney

Our client, a leading U.S. law firm, seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience. The role will be based in Washington, DC, Denver, Madison, or Milwaukee, with a salary range of $175,000–$280,000 per year.

• 2–5 years of litigation experience in patent, trademark, trade secrets, or other IP litigation.
• Experience in case assessment/investigations; drafting invalidity and infringement claim charts; drafting pleadings and motions; preparing and responding to written discovery; managing complex discovery and negotiations; preparing claim construction briefs and hearing materials; working with experts on reports and testimony; preparing deposition outlines and exhibits.
• Technical or science degree not required.
• Strong academic credentials; excellent communication and writing skills; team focused.
• State bar admission required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
