Job Description
von Briesen & Roper, s.c., is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Corporate team in our Milwaukee office
. The Associate will assist with transactional work including mergers, acquisitions, contracts, and general business matters.
The primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, shareholder agreements, and other business documents.
- Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate financing deals.
- Supporting clients in structuring business strategies.
Qualified candidates will have at least four years of experience with general corporate law and M&A matters
. A business, accounting and/or tax background will be positively viewed.
The ideal candidate will be highly-motivated, with strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills, and a passion for client service. They must be willing to collaborate with a team and work with internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff.
No portable book of business is required.
