Duties- Independently handle a full docket of personal injury matters
- Engage in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and legal briefs
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation and contribute to case planning
- Participate in firm-wide meetings and team-building initiatives
- Must hold an active license to practice law in the state of Wisconsin
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in personal injury law or related litigation areas preferred
- Strong interpersonal abilities and client‑facing communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and case‑management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
CertificationsAdmitted to the Wisconsin State Bar and in good standing
