Claims Adjuster – 2 Openings – Milwaukee, WI – 5 Month Assignment.

DivIHN is a CMMI ML3‑certified technology and talent solutions firm that connects talented professionals with forward‑thinking organizations. We are hiring a Claims Adjuster to manage property damage and personal injury claims for the company.

• Adjust and analyze claims and investigate all tort claims involving property damage, bodily injury, and business loss.
• Collect data, provide risk analysis and claim strategy recommendations to the Utility Claims Supervisor.
• Work independently, collaborating with Senior Claims Adjuster, Investigator, insurance, legal, and other industry experts.
• Support the insurance claims process, including litigation management and coordination across multiple company functions.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

• 1+ year experience communicating effectively in a customer service or legal environment.
• 2+ years of independent analysis of complex problems and communicating settlements or resolutions within organizational goals.
• 3+ years of claims adjusting, claims management, or related customer complaint handling experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Risk Management, Insurance, or Law.
