About the SAP University Competence Center (UCC)The SAP UCC at UW-Milwaukee supports hundreds of institutions across North America by hosting SAP systems for academic use. We provide technical infrastructure, user support, and system administration to help faculty and students engage with SAP software in their coursework and research.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student intern to join our SAP hosting operations team. This position offers hands‑on experience with enterprise software systems and is ideal for students interested in IT, business systems, or enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Key Responsibilities- Assist with SAP user administration
, including account creation and maintenance - Provide curriculum & technical support to faculty and students using SAP systems
- Help monitor system performance and report issues
- Document procedures and contribute to internal knowledge bases
- Collaborate with team members on operational tasks and improvement initiatives
- Currently enrolled as a student at UW-Milwaukee
- Interest in enterprise systems, IT support, or SAP technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic familiarity with SAP or willingness to learn
- Gain real‑world experience with SAP systems
- Flexible hybrid scheduling around classes
