Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Milwaukee, WI that is seeking a Data Analyst.

Responsibilities:

* Run, reconcile, and validate recurring and ad hoc application reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency

* Perform data tie-outs and variance analysis across upstream and downstream systems to identify and resolve discrepancies

* Support the onboarding of new clients into the application, including data setup, validation checks, and initial reporting support

* Investigate and resolve data validation errors, system exceptions, and data quality issues in a production environment

* Partner with internal teams to coordinate and facilitate the timely delivery of reports and data outputs to the department

* Participate in testing and validation activities for application enhancements, fixes, and new functionality

* Identify opportunities to improve data controls, reporting reliability, and support processes

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field

* 2-5 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting, or application support role

* Strong SQL experience, including writing queries to validate data, perform reconciliations, and troubleshoot issues

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data issues and resolutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
