WhatYou’ll Do
- Set Product Vision: Lead the charge in defining the product vision and positioning it effectively with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop Roadmap: Foster the development, acceptance, and communication of the product roadmap.
- Define Success: Establish and track KPIs to measure product success.
- Gather Requirements: Collaborate cross-functionally to solicit key requirements for the product.
- Define the Product: Oversee multiple low to medium complexity products and features from inception to completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Articulate the product story to a broader audience, leveraging your domain expertise.
- Design Partnership: Collaborate with design teams to ensure cohesive user experiences aligned with our quarterly vision.
- Author User Stories: Translate requirements into technical details, building and validating use cases and user stories.
- Data & Customer Research: Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
- Feature Prioritization: Maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories based on business value and ROI.
- Facilitate Ceremonies: Lead daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, and retrospectives.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 4-5 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a Product Management role within an agile team.
- Preferred knowledge in business analysis, engineering, or testing, along with familiarity with BI tools.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and strong communication skills.
- Experience in designing and managing data lakes and data mesh architectures.
- Proven ability to manage a catalog of data attributes, including metadata management and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with domain APIs and their integration within a data ecosystem.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze multiple sources of information.
- Adaptive Communication: Effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Thinking: Identify key issues through quantitative data analysis and critical thinking.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions based on feedback.
- Customer Centricity: Design solutions that prioritize customer needs and drive organizational success.
- Learning Agility & Critical Thinking: Continuously pursue knowledge and apply critical thinking to improve processes.
- User Story Development: Translate requirements into effective technical details for product development.
