SAP Master Data Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technical Consultant IV- to join the SAP Accounting Support department supporting Fixed Asset Conversion projects.

This role leads the fixed asset conversion for Finsys, ensuring accurate extraction, mapping, and migration from legacy systems into SAP.

• Lead asset data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation.
• Interpret current-state structures and apply SAP AA module rules.
• Align Accounting, Tax, and SAP teams to global template.
• Create mapping documents, reconciliation methods, and cutover plans.
• Provide updates to functional leads and program management as required.
• Perform test and actual loads, validate results, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Leverage Alteryx concepts (experience preferred).

• Strong SAP AA module experience.
• Data conversion & reconciliation expertise.
• Strong communication and training capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented analytical skills.
• Alteryx experience a plus.

• Managing the work, working with other team members on asset conversion.
• Data analysis portion. working thru and getting the content needed into the right format and running it thru process so that template can be populated and results can be provided.
• Data conversion role; they have to do the work themself.

Converting from different instances of various systems like Oracle, FIX, SAP ECC (variety of different ledgers they are converting), SAGE etc to S4 HANA enterprise assets of ledger.

• SAP S4 experience is important.
• Alteryx is used but not mandatory.
• Data analyst is key skill. Able to handle the content.
• Hard core of Fixed Asset is not needed.
• Analyse the assets of ledger file from various system users, doing master data, conversions into excel template.
• Purely data analyst role.
