CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Business Applications Analyst/Services Consultant to join our talented Business Technology Solutions team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
This role provides technical support and training on firm-sponsored software applications to internal users and client users.
How you’ll create opportunities in this Business Applications Analyst/Services Consultant role- Provides technical support to users of applications currently supported by the B-Tech group and is certified on two or more of those solutions.
- Provides assistance and solutions for seamless integrations between software systems. Provide basic technical support and help troubleshoot integration or sync errors.
- Assist with software implementations for migration and imports as needed.
- 2 years of experience in customer service support required
- 2 years experience in an area of application support, Helpdesk, Desktop Management, Mobile device/application support or similar IT experience preferred
- Experience with Spend Management solutions such as BILL () and/or an accounting related software preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $59,000.00 – $.
