* Key Responsibilities
* * Perform laptop and desktop refresh work, including
* installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting*.
* Provide
* onsite technical support
* to staff, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and without disrupting workflows.
* Maintain accurate
* inventory records*, asset documentation, and service request updates.
* Collaborate with IT team members to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
* Follow organizational
* policies, procedures, and security guidelines*.
* Qualifications
*
* * 1-3 years
* of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field services.
* Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels.
* Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Self motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently when needed.
* Interest in supporting healthcare environments or other fastpaced, user focused settings.
* Familiarity with hospital IT processes is a plus, but not required.
* Education & Experience
* * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a
* plus*.
* Experience in a healthcare setting is helpful, but not mandatory - we welcome candidates eager to learn.
* Working Conditions
* * Primary work location is a hospital in Milwaukee, with occasional travel to nearby locations.
* Ability to lift and move computer equipment as part of daily responsibilities.

* This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
