Roles & Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements for incentive compensation processes.
Analyze existing workflows and identify process improvements.
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
Support functional testing, UAT, and ensure accurate delivery of configured solutions.
Prepare reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
