PC Support Technician

Description
The PC Support Technician provides on-site technical support to hospital staff, focusing on device refresh tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable access to technology in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site technical support to hospital staff with minimal disruption to clinical workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment inventory, service requests, and completed work.
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field services, desktop support, or a similar technical support role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with medical staff.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Experience in a hospital IT environment is a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
