Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laptop and desktop refresh work, including installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site technical support to staff, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and without disrupting workflows.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, asset documentation, and service request updates.
• Collaborate with IT team members to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Follow organizational policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field services.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently when needed.
• Interest in supporting healthcare environments or other fast-paced, user-focused settings.
• Familiarity with hospital IT processes is a plus, but not required.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is helpful, but not mandatory - we welcome candidates eager to learn.

Working Conditions

• Primary work location is a hospital in Milwaukee, with occasional travel to nearby locations.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as part of daily responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
