We are hiring a Senior Program Manager with significant M&A experience to lead enterprise-level integrations and separations. This leader will drive execution across acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions, ensuring alignment between business strategy, operational execution, and technology enablement.

This role requires a disciplined operator who can navigate complexity, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver results from diligence through full integration.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end integration or separation programs tied to M&A transactions
  • Convert deal objectives and synergy targets into structured roadmaps and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with Corporate Development and functional leaders (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Operations) to define scope and execution plans
  • Oversee due diligence assessments across operational and technology domains
  • Establish governance, reporting structures, and decision-making forums
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and critical milestones
  • Align business and technology work streams, including system migrations, ERP consolidation, and data integration
  • Drive process standardization and operating model alignment across organizations
  • Provide clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks, financial impact, and value realization
  • Support change adoption and ensure successful transition to the future-state environment
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of program leadership experience; 5+ years focused on M&A integration or enterprise transformation
  • Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional initiatives across business and IT
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data environments, and governance structures
  • Experience with ERP implementations, platform migrations, and organizational redesign
  • Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
