Oracle Fusion Functional Lead – Milwaukee (hybrid) – $140k. A fast-growing, family-owned organization with over 1,000 employees and three manufacturing plants is seeking an Oracle Fusion Functional Lead for Warehouse Management Systems. Position OverviewWe are looking for a functional Oracle Fusion WMS Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse management system issues. This role is focused on process optimization, configuration, documentation, and user adoption – not backend development. You’ll work closely with business users, the IT team, and a dedicated EDI group to stabilize and enhance WMS functionality following a recent go-live.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and improve Oracle Fusion WMS processes
- Support configuration and process implementation (no custom development)
- Collaborate with EDI and IT/business stakeholders
- Drive user adoption through training and documentation
- Build strong relationships with users and identify areas for improvement
- 2+ years of hands‑on Oracle Fusion WMS experience (3–5 preferred)
- Strong functional/process orientation
- Experience with documentation, configuration, and user support
- Manufacturing/CPG background preferred
- EDI familiarity a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Base salary: $100,000–$140,000
