• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

• At least 4 years of experience in development, Requirements, testing, deployment of applications using mainframe, DB2, Mainframe Batch Jobs, JCL
• At least 2 years of experience Agile Project development methodology
• Knowledge of Mainframe batch job schedulers
• Understanding and usage of UDB, SQL Server database
• Understanding of IBM MQ or other messaging frameworks
• Good to have experience in Insurance domain
• Strong understanding of common software development practices
• Good Analytical skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
