Position Description
This role is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide onsite technical support to end users, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and service requests.
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain CompTIA A+ certification.
- Proven experience in a similar field services or technical support role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non‑technical users.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with IT environments in large, fast‑paced organizations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare‑related setting is preferred but not required.
- Maintain CompTIA A+ certification.
- Must be able to lift and move computer equipment as required.

Intermediate Level
Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
