Field Service Technician

Position Description

This role is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

• Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Provide onsite technical support to end users, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and service requests.
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain CompTIA A+ certification.

• Proven experience in a similar field services or technical support role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non‑technical users.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with IT environments in large, fast‑paced organizations is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in a healthcare‑related setting is preferred but not required.
• Maintain CompTIA A+ certification.

Intermediate Level

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Milwaukee, WI.
