AI Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of bespoke AI capabilities in across the firm but primarily supporting our investment teams. As AI adoption continues to grow across the organization, this newly created role will transition our AI orchestration platform from a side-of-desk initiative into a fully supported, enterprise-grade solution. The ideal candidate will drive the build-out of AI solution platforms, deliver scalable integrations, and provide white-glove support to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to:

* Design, develop, and maintain bespoke AI solutions tailored to the needs of the Investments organization

* Own and enhance the AI orchestration platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with evolving business requirements

* Build out and integrate specified AI solution platforms that support a growing portfolio of use cases

* Collaborate closely with the Investment technology team to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into production-ready solutions

* Provide dedicated, white-glove support for deployed AI solutions, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and rapid issue resolution

* Stay current with advances in AI technologies and proactively recommend enhancements to the platform and tooling

* Develop documentation, best practices, and training materials to enable broader adoption of AI capabilities across the firm

* Partner with infrastructure and data engineering teams to ensure robust, secure, and performant AI deployments

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:

* 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML solution design and implementation

* Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Lang Chain, or similar)

* Hands-on experience building and deploying AI orchestration or agent-based platforms

* Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and cloud-based integration patterns

* Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions

* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities

* Experience in the financial services or investment management industry is strongly preferred

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree a plus

* Familiarity with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns is a plus
