Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking wealth management firm managing over $1 Billion in Assets Under Advisement (AUA).
The Opportunity:We are seeking an exceptionally talented and entrepreneurial AI Engineer to join our team as an individual contributor, reporting directly to our CEO. This is a foundational role designed to be a catalyst for innovation, aiming to build a significant competitive advantage through the strategic application of AI and data science.
What You’ll Do:As our dedicated AI Engineer and Data Scientist, your primary mission will be to unlock new levels of efficiency, intelligence, and client service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic AI System Deployment: Lead the deployment of AI systems to rigorously review existing operational frameworks, identify inefficiencies, and drive significant improvements across all areas of the firm.
- Smart Scheduling & Integration: Design and implement AI-powered solutions to dramatically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of appointment scheduling, seamlessly integrating with Salesforce and Google Calendar.
- Data-Driven Financial & Service Enhancement: Act as our embedded Data Scientist, leveraging years of proprietary financial and client data to uncover predictive insights that enhance financial performance, optimize investment strategies, and elevate client service.
- AI Product Partnership & Growth: Scout, evaluate, and strategically partner with existing AI products and platforms to integrate best-in-class tools that accelerate firm growth and expand our service capabilities.
- A proven AI Engineer or Data Scientist with a strong track record of deploying impactful AI/ML solutions.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Skilled in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and database management (SQL).
- Experience with API integrations, particularly with CRM (Salesforce) and calendar systems (Google Calendar).
- An innovative problem-solver with the ability to translate complex business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, and reporting directly to executive leadership.
- Experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is a significant plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- A competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000
