Service Desk Technician

New Resources Consulting is searching for a Service Desk Technician. You will have the opportunity to work within a strong IT department and help users with hardware and software related tickets. Our client has a variety of projects in the works and is looking for an individual to make a difference. They are a team‑orientated company, open to new suggestions.

The role is located in Milwaukee, WI and requires 3 days onsite.

• Provide outstanding client service using effective communication and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and fulfill requests.
• Troubleshoot and image PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft Windows O/S and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Not afraid to dive in and troubleshoot issues.
• Team player.
• Good communication skills.
