Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

• As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• You will be expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will also be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication among team members.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Conduct regular reviews of project progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application design and functionality.
• On call point of contact during the weekend, on rotation basis.
• 100% onsite client work in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

• 8 of years' work experience
• Informatica, SSIS, Control M, and SQL Server
• Expert proficiency in Data Warehouse Tools
• High School Diploma or GED

• Expert proficiency in Delivery Schedule Management
• Expert proficiency in Design Build Enablement, Informatica Administration, and Database Technical Design and Build
• Associate or bachelor's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
