ServiceNow- IT​/OT Asset Management Senior Consultant- Tech Consulting

EY invites you to join as a Service Now IT/OT Asset Management Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting in a location‑agnostic role that delivers innovative Service Now solutions worldwide.

Lead Service Now transformation teams and build new client relationships in a “client visible” capacity. This role empowers you to grow consulting expertise, sharpen team leadership skills, and engage across global EY engagements.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code, create specifications, and support business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 3‑5 resources including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
• Lead client process and design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops, and advise on connected CMDB and ITOM to ITSM processes.
• Deliver high‑quality project artifacts within waterfall and agile delivery models.
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients and stakeholders.

• A workstream lead across all aspects of a Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project and solution delivery.
• Ability to manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources.
• Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now implementations.
• Ability to analyze IT/OT Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities.
• Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models; expertise in planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.
• Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 2‑4 years of relevant Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
• Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 2 of the following Service Now certifications:
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.

• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response.
• Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
• Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
