Content Manager & Social Media Lead to bring Spot Hopper's brand to life across web, blog, and social channels.

• Collaborate on content strategy across web, social, and email.
• Create and execute content across blog, website, and social channels (especially Instagram and Linked In).
• Write and publish blog posts, web content, customer stories, and social updates.
• Use AI tools to brainstorm, draft, optimize, and scale content production.
• Manage Spot Hopper's Instagram and Linked In presence.
• Optimize content to support SEO, brand visibility, and inbound lead generation.
• Partner with Lifecycle Lead to create content for email campaigns.
• Work with Web and Brand Designer to publish content.
• Maintain a consistent, human-centered brand voice.
• Track performance and engagement metrics.

• 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or social media.
• A strong portfolio of published content.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and Linked In.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Fluency with modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly
  
  GO, etc.
• Familiarity with publishing tools and SEO fundamentals.
• A proactive, collaborative work style.

• Experience launching or scaling a brand's social presence using AI-assisted workflows.
• Understanding of how AI-driven search is changing discoverability.
• Experience with basic video or motion editing.
• Familiarity with visual AI tools.
• Background in or passion for the hospitality or restaurant space.
