Job Summary:
Uline is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, offering opportunities for career growth. As a Digital Merchandising Manager, you will drive impactful merchandising strategies to enhance product discovery and improve customer journeys on
Responsibilities:
- Oversee product merchandising on including improving website features, optimizing search and driving product discovery.
- Review product pages to ensure they are consistent in supporting merchandising strategies.
- Analyze customer buying behavior to improve related item recommendations.
- Educate Merchandising product teams in understanding online product performance.
- Collaborate with other departments including Creative, Internet and Paid Search on cohesive online campaigns.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics or economics
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing or eCommerce with a passion for business or marketing analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
