Required:

• Qualifications:
  • Digital Implementation Specialist
• Education:
  • BS degree minimum; certifications in digital tools and/or agile project management preferred.
• Experience:
  • Maintaining integrity, compliance, and quality in solution delivery and task completion.
  • Ensuring proper data quality and structure for use by IT tools and systems.
  • Interacting with dashboards, master data, MS Office tools including MS Excel.
  • Supply chain, manufacturing, and/or agricultural experience preferred.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously given initial direction.

  • Comfort troubleshooting technical software and using low‑code tools.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools and integrations such as MS Teams, Power
    
    BI, SharePoint, Dynamics, and Power Platform.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the potential for digitalization of operational activities.
• Share possibilities and potential with site leadership teams.
• Provide recommendations and priorities for implementation.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams globally to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
• Explore possible solutions and learn tools in use as needed.
• Suggest best‑fit IT tools and digital solutions to improve workflows.
• Document processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future rollouts.
• Deliver training materials, system documentation, data flows, and provide user trainings.
