We’re looking for a seasoned leader with extensive experience in aligning executive stakeholders around large-scale, multi-year digital delivery plans. Your expertise in agile and flow practices will be essential as you apply data insights to enhance throughput and drive a continuous improvement roadmap at the team and program level.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead Complex Programs: Take charge of one or more large, intricate programs consisting of multiple efforts.
- Foster Collaboration: Connect teams and work streams to identify and facilitate interdependencies.
- Define Program Structure: Create a unified plan to achieve program objectives.
- Clarify Objectives: Drive clarity on goals, priorities, and measures.
- Manage Risks: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues while removing impediments.
- Mentor Others: Lead or mentor program managers to elevate team performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in program management within technology and/or business functions.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with program management methodologies and governance, as well as project management methodologies and SDLC.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development, testing, and implementation.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with engineers, product managers, and business leaders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and intellectual curiosity.
- Leadership: Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and initiatives.
- Analytical Thinking: Organize and analyze data to identify key issues and improve processes.
- Cross-Functional Partnering: Facilitate collaboration across different functions to achieve common goals.
- Development Methodologies: Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies to support product development and service delivery.
- Program Governance: Establish policies and processes to guide decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Strategic Thinking: Plan and execute high-impact initiatives based on critical business demands.
