Job Summary

As an Awareness Journey Digital Product Manager within Harley‑Davidson’s Digital and Marketing organization, you will play a critical role in executing awareness‑driving initiatives that deliver seamless integration between our digital and in‑dealer experiences. Reporting to the Director of Digital Product Management, you will be responsible for translating strategic objectives for awareness goals into actionable product plans, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that support our business objectives, marketing channels, improve our onsite experience, drive operational efficiency, and ultimately deliver on our engagement, leads goals and dealer commitments.

You will work at the intersection of digital, marketing, commercial, and cloud technologies—driving the development and deployment of awareness‑driving features across a variety of platforms. This hands‑on role requires strong technical expertise, deep customer empathy, and a passion for transforming the digital experience through data‑driven strategies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own the awareness journey product definition, partnering with leadership, designers, engineers, analysts and marketers to create a compelling vision
  • Lead the definition of the awareness journey product roadmap, prioritizing product and customer requirements that align with our strategic corporate objectives and achieve value targets
  • Manage the product lifecycle for awareness capabilities – from ideation and prototyping to validating, deployment and continuous iteration
  • Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions to devise creative and disruptive digital solutions; implement proof of concepts and pilots to validate the value of innovation, including defining scope, requirements and success metrics
  • Assist in evaluating business impact of awareness‑driving features by supporting business case development, tracking adoption metrics, user engagement and business outcomes to inform future investment decisions
  • Work with marketing, UX and data teams to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points, and customer journeys; recommend solutions based on quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, data, service teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to define technical product requirements, user stories, data requirements, systems integration planning and acceptance‑criteria for awareness‑driving features
  • Maintain accurate and timely communications with appropriate stakeholders including leadership, marketing, motorcycle management, commercial, global partners, legal, tax, security, privacy and product development while maintaining compliance with data, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market readiness by supporting internal documentation, training and enablement activities that help cross‑functional product teams, marketing, commercial and dealer teams understand and leverage our awareness capabilities
  • Gather and analyze user and stakeholder feedback to inform product enhancements, refine use cases and prioritize backlog items based on impact and feasibility
  • Maintain deep knowledge of digital trends, the motorcycle marketplace and an intent focus to recognize behavioral changes early to anticipate future or unspoken customer wants and needs
