Senior Program Manager – Testing Transformation

Job Overview

Location:

Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid). Contract position. Must be on camera for all meetings if remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate quarterly PI‑planning events.
• Drive teams to deliver on timelines and maintain accountability.
• Assist Lead Program Manager with reporting, risk tracking, and communication strategies.
• Own execution of large, cross‑functional projects (~$1M budget, 1‑year duration).
• Coordinate with vendor partners (e.g., LTI Mindtree) and track KPIs/CPI.
• Maintain scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk mitigation across portfolio.
• Coordinate executive‑level presentations and update C‑suite.

Must Haves / Qualifications

• Strong experience in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Align).
• Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint; ability to create polished executive decks.
• Experience building large‑scale, cross‑functional roadmaps and coordinating quarterly planning.
• Managed large‑scale portfolio (e.g., $80M testing program) with 400+ people, both onshore and offshore.
• Involved in quarterly planning meetings and dependency management.
• Proven risk escalation and coordination skills.

Pay and Benefits

Hourly rate: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour.
