This senior role supports the transition from SAP ECC to S/4 and continuous improvement of billing, pricing, and accounts‑receivable solutions.

• Partner with IT product solution owners and internal business teams as functional and technical SME within OTC and RTR capabilities, focusing on pricing, billing, and A/R.
• Work closely with business process owners and end users to Hut objectives and provide best‑practice solutions.
• Lead project, enhancement, and support efforts including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, design, build, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Develop high‑quality functional and technical specifications, test documentation, job aids, and runbooks.
• Serve as key design authority and provide oversight for solution enhancements and support (break/fix).
• Contribute to decisions on product, tool and method selection, providing input on industry trends.
• Support change‑management functions in the development and delivery of end‑user training and job aids.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM field or 4+ years of equivalent experienceическую иgrowth
• 5+ years IT experience, including functional experience in solution development and delivery, preferably within the CPG industry.
• At least 3 years hands‑on functional and technical experience with SAP SD (Pricing, Sales Order Management, Billing) and SAP FI (General Finance, Accounts产业receivable).
• Minimum one year functional and technical experience with S/4 (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices for OTC and related financial processes.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of B2B integration and collaboration with suppliers (EDI, XML, portal).
• Knowledge of procurement KPIs and analytics.
• Proven track record of delivering projects and enhancements as functional and/or technical lead.
• Experience with waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies, including RISE for SAP.
• Experience executing project testing and coordinating end‑user sign‑off.
• Experience delivering end‑user training and support.
• Ability to work independently and effectively on complex assignments.
• Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
• Accountability for results and acting with integrity.
• Thirst for learning and continuous growth.

Posting salary range: $ – $ (US). 15% target short‑term incentive. Average spend on benefits per employee: $23,000.
