This position is hybrid (3 days onsite) in our FIS Office locations in Milwaukee (Wisconsin), Jacksonville (Florida) & Atlanta (Georgia). Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position.

• Service Now platform support for internal and client usage
• ITSM workflows, process development and enhancements

• Govern strategic direction, design, maintenance and support of Service Now
• Lead and mentor Service Now development and support teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Service Now platform and ITSM processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding Service Now and ITSM services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with business objectives
• Communicate performance metrics, service health, and improvement plans to leadership

• 8+ years in IT Service Management or Service Delivery roles.
• 5+ years of experience managing Service Now platform and ITSM processes.
• Proven track record of leading technical and operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Expertise in Service Now administration and development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• ITIL Certification
• PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification
• Knowledge of FIS products and services a plus but not required
• Knowledge of the Financial Industry welcome
