Location: Onsite Position at Manpower Group's World Headquarters, Downtown Milwaukee, WI

The IT Deskside Support professional provides technical assistance to employees within an organization. This role РИА е involved troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer systems, and assisting with upgrades and network connectivity. Collaborate with IT teams (Local, Regional, Global).
Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve user incidents
- Provide on-site user-band and remote assistance
- Manage local workstation inventory
- Assist with installation of workstations, peripherals, and software
- Distribute and support mobile phones/tablets
- Support printers and video‑conferencing systems
- Test installed equipment .focus single lines? text? no.
- Update Zy Asset Management information and generate reports; coordinate with business to address gaps such as asset reclaim
- Update and close incident tickets
- Manage lifecycle management for security tools on endpoints
- Assist in setting up audio/video equipment for.
PARAM events in HQ - Assist with Teams/365 configurations and troubleshooting
- Check the list of incidents in stock for HQ and remote sites; work on resolving the oldest, most urgent incidents; interact with users (or remotely) to repair or bypass issues, and enter technical resolution details in the Service Now tool
- Partner closely with Endpoint Management, Security, Identity, and Messaging teams to design, deploy, and optimize M365 client services at scale
- Set up audio‑visual setups for client meetings and events in HQ; update facade of processes as technology solutions change for quicker remediation/configuration
- Travel as needed – about 5% of time to branches, customer on‑sites, cores, etc for on‑site interventions; also travel to other locations as agreed with management
- Service‑oriented, team‑spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to synthesize information
- Good listening and writing skills
- Ability to work in a אוה‑functional environment and collaborate with global teams
- Sound understanding of troubleshooting Windows Client systems:
Hardware issues, Operating systems – Windows 10/11 - Sound understanding of troubleshooting native MS Office Client applications
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 services and Office 365 client applications
- Print‑issues troubleshooting – paper jam removal, network configuration
- Audio/Video Systems setup and troubleshooting skills
- High School Diploma + 2 years of education in IT
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of the Windows environment, Office Suite + Office 365, Outlook email system, incident management tools, and remote‑control tools
