More than a software provider, they act as a strategic partner in the evolution of ecommerce, helping businesses scale, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional digital customer experiences.
They are seeking a Project Manager to support their Customer Onboarding and Success team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self‑motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This candidate will take full ownership of their projects, work with urgency, and communicate proactively with leadership and customers. They’ll anticipate needs, facilitate solutions, and move projects — and the company — forward with clear accountability and a collaborative spirit.

Duration: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Interview Process- Zoom interview with direct supervisor for the role
- DISC Assessment
- Onsite interview with owner and C‑Suite execs — may be stretched over 2 onsite interviews based on availability
- Interface between customers and development teams, building strong relationships and gathering actionable requirements
- Define project scope, schedule, and ensure regular, timely value delivery; lead status meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage risks and deviations
- Support team development, hold members accountable, remove obstacles, leverage resources, and mentor others for growth
- Act as customer champion to facilitate meetings, foster decision‑making, and monitor timelines and deliverables
- Define, implement, and champion project management and process improvement initiatives, blending Agile and traditional methods as needed
- Gain in‑depth understanding of client’s product architecture, roadmap, and upcoming releases
- Guide customers and partners through implementations, upgrades, and best‑practice workflows
- Collaborate with the PMO, share learnings, and address requirements and roadblocks across all customer engagements
- Take ownership of project plans and deliverables, consistently communicating progress and challenges to leadership, and providing strategic recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in Project Manager/Delivery Manager/Ecommerce Implementation roles for software teams (with strong Agile exposure)
- Demonstrated success managing projects from initiation to completion in distributed, global environments
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and both Agile and traditional practices, with ability to blend them for business needs
- Technically adept with strong leadership, risk assessment, and business value mindset
- Ability to lead business analysts and collaborate with customers to develop high‑value strategies and solutions
- Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork, written, and oral communication skills at all levels
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and independent work skills
- Able to travel up to 25% to client sites
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud stack
