New Resources Consulting is searching for a Junior Support Desk Analyst. You will have the opportunity to work within a strong IT department and assist in special IT projects. Our client has a variety of projects in the works and is looking for an individual to make a difference. They are a team‑oriented company. Office is located in Milwaukee and requires 4 days on‑site.

This is a contract position for 6 months with possible extension or move into another IT specialty.

• Provide outstanding client service using effective communication and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and fulfill requests.
• Understanding of web‑based software applications and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and image PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
• Supporting Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Not afraid to dive in and troubleshoot issues.
