Print, Mail & Scan Production Associate

Location: Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Level: A02

Position Overview

The A02 Print, Mail & Scan Production Associate provides onsite print room services to client staff, supporting daily print, copy, scan, and mail operations. This role ensures reliable service delivery, device uptime, accurate job tracking, and a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting service level agreements.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver onsite print room services using Xerox production devices and finishing equipment, including binding, folding, and guillotining.
  • Execute document processing services such as hybrid mail and inbound and outbound scanning.
  • Support ad hoc services including print procurement and special requests.
  • Operate and maintain print room and fleet devices.
  • Perform first-level break-fix support, including clearing paper jams, replacing consumables, and troubleshooting print issues.
  • Ensure devices remain operational to meet contractual service requirements.
  • Track all print, scan, and mail jobs through completion for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Ensure accuracy of job submissions, tracking details, and completion records.
  • Support customer satisfaction and management reporting.
  • Maintain full stock control of paper, consumables, folders, and stationery.
  • Conduct stock takes and manage storage.
  • Place supply orders in coordination with the team to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for print room job submissions.
  • Confirm job requirements, timelines, and expectations with customers.
  • Communicate job completion and manage changes to scope or delivery as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and escalate to the appropriate account leadership.
  • Support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional or expanded services.
  • Assist with the introduction of value‑added offerings such as external print procurement.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in a customer‑facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a solutions‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Health and safety awareness and compliance.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
Physical & Work Requirements
  • Ability to be on your feet up to 80 percent of the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills using a logical and systematic approach.

Employment Details

Pay Range: $11.00/hr – $13.00/hr (base)
