• Lead complex SAP S/4
  
  HANA and PLM projects, including greenfield implementations, upgrades, and integrations with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering systems.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, risk registers, and executive‑level reporting.
• Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and achievement of KPIs.
• Drive organizational change management to maximize business readiness and solution adoption.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentor project teams to achieve high performance.

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a proven track record leading large‑scale SAP S/4
  
  HANA and PLM initiatives.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) and PLM platforms (Siemens Teamcenter, SAP PLM, PTC Windchill).
• Experience managing full project life cycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Strong background in technology infrastructure delivery, especially cloud‑based and hybrid solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as PMP, Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.

• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA migrations, multi‑site deployments, and integration with PLM and manufacturing execution systems.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Background in regulated industries (manufacturing, food & beverage, life sciences).
• Expertise in organizational change management and business process reengineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• PMP, Agile, SAFe, or SAP S/4
  
  HANA certification preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Competitive Compensation – $116,000–$126,000 annually or $90–$110 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market‑based rates by geography.
