Salesforce Project Manager – Contract to Hire
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Duration: 6-month minimum, contract-to-hire
Target Conversion Salary: ~$95k–$105k + 25% annual bonus

Summary: Baird is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead business‑critical technology initiatives within Global Investment Banking. This role is a hybrid Project Manager and Agile facilitator, responsible for planning, execution, and stakeholder communication across complex projects, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce. The role is contract‑to‑hire, with conversion potential based on performance.
Responsibilities- Lead cross‑functional IT projects from initiation through delivery
- Partner with business and technology leaders to manage project backlogs and roadmaps
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate Agile practices, planning sessions, and team formation activities
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
- Remove roadblocks and support teams in delivering high‑quality outcomes
- Coordinate with vendors to manage deliverables and timelines
- 7+ years of project management experience; 5+ years in IT
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Services
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, Finance, or related field preferred
- Local Milwaukee‑area candidates preferred
- Hybrid schedule required; no fully remote option

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $55 and $70. This range is subject to change based on job‑related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
