Job Summary:
We are staffing for a global SAP S/4

HANA implementation program that will span across the US, Canada, UK/Ireland, and Central/Eastern Europe. This is a high-visibility, multi-year transformation initiative starting in August. We're seeking experienced Project Managers (5 roles) and Change Leads (5 roles) to join the PMO and broader transformation team.
These roles will operate in a hybrid delivery environment alongside global internal and external stakeholders, including teams in North America, EMEA, APAC, and India.

Key Qualifications:

  • Mid-Level Experience in either Project Management or Change Management (not entry-level or senior/executive roles)
  • Prior experience working in large-scale ERP implementations (preferably SAP)
  • Experience with external implementation partners
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Business acumen and cultural sensitivity for working across global teams

Role Responsibilities – Change Leads:
  • Lead organizational change management efforts across the program lifecycle
  • Drive leadership alignment, communication planning, training strategy, and knowledge management
  • Assess business readiness and conduct change impact assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
  • Support training design and rollout (capability-building focus)
