Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP PS Consultant. As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, identify areas of improvement, evaluate the solution options and make recommendations. You will be responsible for managing the turnaround expectations from the team in terms of any SLA/KPI and for front‑ending the deliverables of the team with the client stakeholders.

You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
• This position is based in Milwaukee, WI.

• At least 11 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, architecture/​design/detailing of processes.
• At least 11 years of experience in the SAP Project Systems area.
• At least 11 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment.
• At least 2 implementations/roll‑out experience in S4 HANA implementation.
• In‑depth SAP S4 HANA knowledge, backed by strong understanding of project systems processes.
• Configuration expertise in Project Systems for Engineer‑to‑Order and manufacturing scenarios set up.
• Experience in integration with other modules like PP, MM and FI.
• Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Project and talent management experience.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
