  • Change management: develop and maintain documentation for data standards, governance policies, and system processes
  • Train and support global stakeholders on PIM/ERP best practices, data standards, and data quality initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned
What You Will Need To Be Successful
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Library Sciences, Data Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent direct work experience (minimum 3 years) in data management, business systems analysis, or enterprise product information or master data management
  • Direct experience with either an ERP system (SAP strongly preferred) and or a PIM system (Stibo STEP strongly preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis & visualization)
  • Demonstrable understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling, and product lifecycle management (PLM)
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadline
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems by analyzing interconnected systems and data
  • Proven ability to manage or lead projects, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives from concept to completion
