Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Project Lead based in RTP, NC with a few years of demonstrated success managing projects. As an Associate Project Lead, you will serve as the primary liaison between our biotech/pharma clients and end-users at clinical testing sites and laboratories globally. Your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing relationships, overseeing tasks and milestones across multiple studies, and ensuring smooth project execution through effective coordination among stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for client service, possess the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, execute tasks with precision, and exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills.

What You’ll Do
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and users.
  • Coordinate activities among diverse groups across multiple projects.
  • Communicate updates effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with site staff and pharma employees for seamless implementation and issue resolution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful deployments.
  • Report to the Implementation Leadership team and mentor/manage less experienced Project Coordinators.
What You’ll Need
  • Experience managing/leading projects and driving results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in coordinating actions across diverse groups.
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging new technology for innovation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
