Provide insights and databased recommendations to HR partners and business leaders through trend analysis and data storytelling. Serve as an escalation point for GFAs and support stakeholders in interpreting and applying analytics.

Support firmwide reporting needs including GPTW, HR Round Table, Corporate Equality Index (CEI), and community initiative reporting.
  • Help Drive Continuous Improvement:
Participate in Workday testing cycles, enhancements, and platform improvement initiatives. Contribute to predictive and prescriptive analytics and data governance activities as HR’s analytics strategy continues to evolve.
