This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role based in Milwaukee, WI. The Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with roles that align with their skills and career aspirations. The role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, preparing job descriptions, and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

The Recruiter will also utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Proficiency in Talent Sourcing, Candidate Screening, and Recruitment Marketing strategies
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills, including relationship building with clients and candidates
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job posting platforms
• Proficiency in Interviewing Techniques and an ability to assess candidate qualifications
• Time Management and Organizational skills to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of the local job market and workforce trends is a plus
• Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable

$50,000-$60,000 base + uncapped commission
