This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity for a seasoned Workday professional who wants to be at the center of a global HR technology environment. Our client, a well-established international organization with a strong market presence, is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to play a critical role supporting and evolving their Workday ecosystem. You will be a trusted partner to HR leaders, a technical authority within Workday, and a key contributor to global HR process excellence.

Daily Responsibilities- Supporting and optimizing Workday Core HCM functionality on a global scale
- Managing system maintenance, upgrades, and user access
- Configuring and enhancing Workday business processes and workflows
- Designing, building, and testing integrations using EIBs and core connectors
- Analyzing and troubleshooting integrations and system issues
- Ensuring data integrity, security, and process efficiency across HR systems
- Producing reports, analyzing data, and communicating insights to stakeholders
- Promoting adoption of global HRIS best practices and standards
- Overseeing Workday security configuration including roles and permissions
- Documenting processes and supporting end-user training and adoption
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years Workday HRIS experience with system administration or analyst responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Security, Reporting, Integrations, and Report Writing
- Experience supporting Compensation and Benefits within Workday
- Knowledge of HR platforms such as UKG, ADP, and/or Service Now
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across HR and technical teams, interpret complex data, and convey insights clearly
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to translate complex HR business requirements into technical Workday configurations for stakeholders at all levels
- Strong discretion when working with confidential and sensitive information
- Must be willing to work onsite in Milwaukee and be local or open to relocation
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
- Experience supporting Workday in a global organization
- Advanced Workday reporting or dashboard experience
- Exposure to technical or HR systems project initiatives
- Competitive salary range of $90,000–$140,000 depending on experience plus bonus eligibility
