Why You Will Love this Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Global Mobility and Immigration Administrator to support international mobility and U.S. immigration processes. This role will manage a small caseload of international assignments, oversee international and domestic relocation, monitor and administer all immigration caseload with external vendor partners, and drive continual process improvement for all mobility and immigration processes, ensuring compliance, timely processing, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities Immigration Case Management (U.S.)
  • Coordinate and track approximately 120 immigration cases annually, including H‑1B, L‑1, TN, O‑1, and permanent residency applications.
  • Liaise with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate case processing.
  • Maintain immigration records and ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Support employees and managers with immigration‑related inquiries and documentation.
Global Mobility Support
  • Administer approximately 3 international mobility cases per year, including expatriate assignments, relocations, and cross‑border transfers.
  • Coordinate logistics such as relocation services, tax briefings, and assignment letters.
  • Ensure compliance with global mobility policies and local labor laws.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all immigration and mobility cases.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements related to immigration and mobility.
  • Monitor changes in immigration regulations and recommend process updates as needed.
Process Improvement & Communication
  • Identify opportunities to streamline immigration and mobility workflows.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and employee guides.
  • Communicate clearly with employees, HR, and legal teams regarding case status and requirements.
Requirements
  • Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in immigration or global mobility administration.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. immigration processes and documentation requirements.
  • Experience working with external immigration counsel and global mobility vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
