Regional Human Resources Director (Wisconsin region)
Uline is seeking a Regional Human Resources Director to oversee HR for all 15 U.S. distribution centers, recruiting and supporting teams in California, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin. The role requires on‑site presence at the Wisconsin Distribution Center and travel to other hubs.
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI (on‑site) with travel to California, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
Position Responsibilities- Drive hands‑on recruitment for union centers across California, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin.
- Work with management to identify key openings and develop a recruiting strategy.
- Coach and develop a team of HR professionals.
- Partner with distribution leaders to deliver HR processes and programs in line with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
- Prior recruitment experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Occasional travel to Uline’s California, Pennsylvania, and Texas locations.
